I just moved to Toronto from NYC/Vancouver (weird, I know) so am really picky with gyms and workouts. I did Zumba Bootcamp and it is by far the most exciting class I have done in ages. The combination of hip swinging Zumba (as soon as the music goes on you want to move! "I am a regular at Izzy Fitness for over a year now... so coming from a girl with a short attention span, there is something poignant about a work-out that keeps me coming back for more (and sometimes more than 3x a week)! "I have been taking Zumba and Zumba Boot Camp classes with Isalba for about a year and a half. I can say only good things about my experience. Throughout the course of action the classes have definitely improved my physical and cardio condition and tons of calories have been burned. At the very beginning I could hardly complete one hour of this cardio workout and it would require a few good minutes after class for me to catch my breath as I used to be exhausted (though happy). Now I can have fun dancing for two hours and feel great when going home. The advantage of these workouts is in making people, who are normally not that comfortable with fitness routines and with dance, get used to the moves and just follow their bodies (and buddies). Isalba tends to introduce new moves regularly. Thus, the classes don't turn into a series of boring monotonous repetitive moves and routines. These classes relieve stress, they motivate, make me stay toned and sleep better. Sometimes the nice songs just get stuck in my head and I keep singing them during other activities be it my work place or the home environment.
