in Toronto!1- It is about HAVING FUN! – No one is a professional dancer; it is not a competition, so just HAVE FUN! 
2- Don’t worry about anybody else in the class – Look at ME (the instructor), look at yourself in the mirror (if you want!), and don’t worry about anybody else - they are too busy trying to get it too.
3- Drink water BEFORE, DURING and AFTER class! Please stay well hydrated.
4- Go at your own pace. Do not kill yourself. Listen to your body. If you feel out of breathe, slow down. Do not stop completely though, your body needs to build up endurance and strength.
5- Smile! :-) It's not that serious... seriously!
You don’t need to be a dancer to do Zumba. If you love music and want to get a cardio workout, this is for you . You have a space with music, to move round and get a phenomenal work out.
10. I don't have a credit card/don't want to use it online, can I buy my package at your studio?
Yes, we take cash and credit cards at the studio.
11. Is it your studio open during working hours?
No, we open our studio 20 minutes before our scheduled classes. Check our class schedule page for our weekly class schedule.
12. What should I wear for class?
Clothing for Zumba should be comfortable and not interfere with movements. You will sweat in this class!
Layering tee shirts over tank tops is a good idea so you can remove layers if it gets too hot. Exercise pants could be cargo type pants or stretch pants. Wear a good sports bra for support.
Wear thick socks that fit snug to prevent blisters.
Comfortable shoes are a must! Choose shoes that offer stability and cushion your movements. Avoid shoes with deep treads because they may restrict your movement. Cross trainers or dance specific sneakers are best.
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and GREAT ATTITUDE!!!

Do not get frustrated that you are not getting the steps right away. Nobody will judge your salsa or samba skills.We are all at different levels and we are all together to have a good time. As an instructor I am always learning.
