Zumba – Does it need a description? ;-) Fun and exciting cardio class based on Latin dance moves. Everyone is welcome, be ready to sweat!
Zumba in the Circuit [a.k.a. Zumba Boot Camp] – Our signature class! Our own version of integrating challenging muscle conditioning in a super fun and intense cardio class. We alternate intervals of Zumba songs with weights segments. A full hour of a complete whole body workout in one-stop session: Cardiovascular activity, toning and resistance training. Studies have concluded that you can dramatically improve your fitness level even with just once session per week.
*New* Total Body Ball - Challenging workout using the stability ball, one of the best training tools in the fitness industry. The body responds to the instability engaging many more muscles that become stronger over time to keep balance. Think of a personal training session on the ball. We utilize the stability ball throughout for total-body muscle sculpting continuously challenging you. You will get numerous benefits since the ball builds-in balance and stability and by making slight changes in body positioning on the ball, you challenge muscles at different points in the range of motion. Low intensity but challenging muscle fatiguing and results oriented class!
Latin Cardio Dance - From dance studio to gym studio, Patrick makes fitness fun through his Latin Cardio Pump class, in which participants push their limits of energy, endurance, strength, and coordination. Patrick incorporates basic Latin dance steps in salsa, cha-cha, bachata, and Afro-Cuban, all the while providing a total body workout that is both challenging yet fun. Patrick’s Latin Cardio Dance class allows all fitness levels to dance their way fit to a mix of Latin and popular music.
Pilates Body Toning - Based on Pilates principles for core strengthening, improved spinal and joint mobility, optimal alignment and movement control, the class will take you through a series of exercises targeting your midline, hips and legs from every angle and every direction. The invigorating workout will be followed by a stretch sequence to lengthen and rejuvenate your body.
Batuka Dance - Batuka integrates effective, fun, pre-choreographed routines, powered by Kike Santander’s original music [multi grammy award winner]. Batuka music provides the energy, spirit and ‘Beat of Life’ for every Batuka workout. Kike Santander draws upon a variety of music styles to build a library of songs that appeal to every taste and mood. From diverse Latin influences, to world rhythms from every continent, and tasty rock & roll and pop songs, every Batuka class takes amazing music and blends it with incredibly fun choreography. The quality of Batuka music is apparent the first time you hear it. In fact, when Batuka was originally launched in Spain, five Batuka songs became top ten hits!
Zoo-MBA - Get all your need in one trip to the studio! This class is a ZOO - designed by an MBA ;-) We start with 30 min of dance, continue with 30 minutes of Tabata, Kettlebell, and Gliding Discs training, and hard core training (Abs) Are you ready for the challenge? You will definitely burn tons of calories and get fit and strong very soon!
Bikini Boot Camp - Is it you goal to build a beach body? Wanna look cute in your new jeans or fit into your old ones? this class is for you. Be ready for the challenge: one hour of a total body challenging workout that will slim and tighten your lower body while shaping and defining your upper body. It will definitely make you look and feel great! We will use a variety of tools and techniques: dumbbells, tubing, kettlebells, tabata, gliding discs, stability balls, etc.
